The High Performance Coaching programme offers the ultimate Mind & Body transformation. Strategically combining the three CORE PILLARS of Danny Gosshawk Coaching; Exercise, Mindset & Nutrition you will be provided mentoring and support to achieve your greatest health & fitness goals.

 

Each of the three core pillars is tailored to your personal fitness goals whether that's weight-loss, injury rehabilitation or strength & conditioning and is done to the highest levels of accountability including weekly GOAL SETTING, PROGRESS REVIEWS, and VIDEO COACHING CALLS.

This 4 week, intense programme is the perfect start and building block to not only achieving your most desired fitness goals but towards your journey of creating a healthy, sustainable, LIFESTYLE!
